A Visit to Wycombe Abbey School Hangzhou

Wycombe Abbey is delighted and very proud to have recently visited our sister school, Wycombe Abbey School Hangzhou. The delegation, led by Mr Patrick Sherrington, Chair of Wycombe Abbey International Limited, and Mrs Diana Rose, Director of Wycombe Abbey International Limited, and governor at Wycombe Abbey, was warmly received by Executive Headmaster Mr Tig Mooney and Acting Principal Mr Bruce Jia, along with the dedicated faculty and pupils.

This visit marks the fourth engagement with Wycombe Abbey School Hangzhou, allowing the delegation to witness its remarkable transformation from a nascent school to a thriving educational environment. The aim was to better understand the living and learning experiences of the pupils there.

As a school committed to holistic education, Wycombe Abbey takes pride in being a model for Wycombe Abbey School Hangzhou, which has adopted a diverse curriculum and an international faculty. This aligns with our shared goal of preparing pupils for success in a global society.
